At Riot Creativity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
